Throwback Videos

Watching videos from a few years ago always bring back memories and all that jazz. It's also funny to see how the people in the video have changed (got older, blah blah), it is pretty entertaining.

So here is the first video, Kanye West's 2003 hit
All Falls Down.

'who? Weezy Baby or call me young baby, my money 360 you only 180.' -So here's the video for Fireman.

Now this video includes a boy band, and YES, it's VERY early 2000 so to say. I kinda have to admit, B2k's alright. I find watching this video really HILARIOUS because they all look so young. Anyways here's Bump, Bump, Bump featuring P.Diddy (yeah remember when he use to be called that)

You know what I'm talking about when I just say two words : CALIFORNIA LOVE.

Ahh, a new spin on a old classic. You'll see what I mean when you watch Mario's video for Just A Friend.

We all know who Notorious B.I.G. is...and if you don't then you clearly have NEVER heard music at its best. I find it interesting how majority of us only know his hits like Big Poppa, Mo Money Mo Problems, etc.. But you have not heard or seen a really good biggie video like this one. My personal favorite, Sky Is The Limit featuring 112.

Last throwback video you should watch is for a really dope Sean Paul song. Here's I'm Still In Love With You.

The people highest up got the lowest self esteem, the prettiest people do the ugliest things for the road to riches & diamonds rings. -Kayne West; all falls down
Now everybody welcome to the wild wild west, a state's that untouchable like Elliot Ness, the track hits ya eardrum like a slug to ya chest. -Dr.Dre; california love

[Some last words, I promise]
Baby turn around and let me see that sexy body go bump bump bump.

-Why are they telling girls this, wasn't B2k like 10 in the video? lmao.

Lizi in a box

Dude, I really want a jack in a box now lol. Well it's kinda obvious that Lizi was in a box Thursday and Friday for her performance, you can see the pics as prove. And Suzana was the ONLY ONE who came, but it's all good. (and Robert's a bum for not showing up!) My performance was for my workshop that I did for 6 weeks and I worked damn hard on my performance! :] I don't feel like explaining what my performance was about but I will say it was called 'Just Your Normal Tea Party' ...and so I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves.

(the last two pics are of my window pieces; first one: 'chaos catches the eye' & the second one: 'so...these are triangles')

at least someone saw what I've been working hard for

From Another Mother

have you ever been part of something so big and life changing that you feel as though you can never say good-bye? well, i have. every summer i take classes at Northeastern University. yeah, i know it sounds geeky, but these people are actually cool. i mean you can really relate to everyone and you always have someone to talk to. this great program, Balfour Academy is like my second family, Stafford and Oblas being the wounder parents who hold it all together.

anyway, tonight was the Balfour award ceremony. yes, they give us awards for giving up the summer to work really hard. it was very emotional, having to say bye to the seniors and all, but as always Staff made everyone laugh. that inside out Oreo of mine is always running his mouth. the IAs this year weren't bad either. i enjoyed my first year as a "college student".

unfortunately, i won't see my family again until next summer, unless i go to tutoring, and it's soo hard to say good bye. i can't imagine want I'm gonna do when I'm a senior.

but yeah, i got two out of a possible three awards soo i feel pretty smart. lol. and i absolutely loved my outfit. i went Kristen Stewart style and wore a mini dress with chuck taylor's. the night went by faster than i thought it would as we sat back and watched the talented Balfour students preform in between the awards.

^^^^ that's me on stage getting my award for Math SAT. i thought Mr. Carrol hated the 10th grade class, but i guess i did something right. ^^^^^

and BTW: I'm deff. gonna come back to be an IA and maybe even i teacher if i decide to go into education.

signing off before i cry....
